2006 W211 E280 CDI

[Marian Ciulei]

My ML320 CDI W164 from 2007 3.0L CDI-V6 4Matic (642.940) has similar code errors and after I changed inlet port shutoff motor still have the codes from below :


2530 Check component M55 (Inlet port shutoff motor) . Short circuit to ground
2527 Check component Y27/9 (Left EGR Positioner) . Signal line is interrupted.
3053 Check component B2/7b1 (Intake air temperature sensor) . . CAN signal faulty
3052 Check component B2/6b1 (Intake air temperature sensor) . CAN signal faulty
2627 Mass air flow sensor
2603 Check component B2/7 (Right hot film mass air flow sensor) . The air mass is too small
2602 Check component B2/6 (Left hot film mass air flow sensor) . The air mass is too small

Antilock Brakes
6001 The supply voltage of the control unit is too low (under voltage)

Can anyone help me with this?

Have you checked all the fuses in the fuse box under the bonnet, driver's side, between the headlight and the suspension top ?

Fuse F44 under the bonnet is the inlet port shutoff motor (on my facelift W211)

Have you checked all the fuses in the fuse box under the bonnet, driver's side, between the headlight and the suspension top ?

You are a genius, I replaced one 15amp fuse and all working great. Thank you very much.

yes, would help of the manual and all the websites actually stated what the 15 Amp F44 was doing in the fuse box...

Wastegate actuator, EGR valve, Swirl flap motor (aka inlet port shutoff motor)….
