You don’t need to remove the air filter. It’s at the front of the engine what the intercooler pipe clips into.
Why do you want to spray carb cleaner around the engine? That’s volitile stuff and will melt anything rubber. Don’t do that.
I don't see any damage or leaks from any of the pipes but I'm not entirely sure which pipes I am specifically looking at to be honest I have attached some pictures of the engine so if anyone can point me to where I need to be checking I would be grateful.
Apparently spraying it onto the pipes or seals when the engine is on will allow u to hear the change in idle leading u to the culprit
