Hey again. I found only this via google its called brake light switch are we on same thing here ? Its looks like a cartridge but not sure

That is the brake light switch.
Check in your van above the brake pedal. Can you see it. The metal will be touching the plastic of the switch.

I will check it tommorow when light will appear. Just one more question the metal touching the pedal is correct or wrong ? how its the faulty piece should act or looks like any ideas ?

When you press the brake pedal down with your hand, you will see the plastic go into the switch.
Check how many wires are going into the switch. If it is faulty, then the fault is inside the switch.
When you look at it tomorrow, take a photo for me. The photo must show all the wires.

I see nothing there wrong but also i am not mechanic i am carpenter so maybe thats why

In picture three, can you see the plug with three or four wires. Please tell me if that is the brake pedal.

No mate thats gas pedal. The brake pedal is the huge thing in middle.

I dont have a Vito but I am learning thanks to you. So, if that is the gas pedal, then that switch in the picture controls cruise control.
So the brake pedal switch should be above the brake pedal, but I cant see it in the picture.
Can you? It also should have about four wires in the plug.

I cant see that much maybe i have to remove thar plastic maybe open the door more bend there its almost impossible on the parking lot where i am parking as the moment.

Yes i do but... when i turn the key on it has disapear from esp failure straight in second.

..........Somehow i read the codes trying understand em. One of those codes when i put it in different pc diagnosis showed up the right wheel abs malfunction

Did the pc say front wheel OR back wheel ???

Front right wheel. But when they did made a check nothing wrong hasnt been found... so the pc was wrong... at least the english one the dutch one says other things

I have one more idea.
Your van has a small battery for stop/start. Charge that small battery.
