Hmmm. Not sure on this , I'm not too up on cars which are covered by warranty.
Sounds a little anal though!

As long as the wheels are recognised by MB and the tyres supplied are given the correct profile to match the original rolling radius then there's no need to change anything at all. I'd question the warranty people on this, I doubt any problem. Unless the wheels are non heat treated alloy or you use incorrect non-MB bolts there should be no probs at all.

I use a washing up brush and liquid soap with warm water on wheels.

Re the hubs and calipers I use Hamerite and get the decals from Ebay

Nope, you have H7 lamps. If you go on Amazon there are Osram Night Breaker Ultimate for sale, £14.50 per pair from the Osram Amazon store. These are what you want.

btw: Be careful - I looked at the link you put up for the Crystal Vision bulbs... in the small print it says they "do not comply with ECE R37 regulations and are not road legal" so if you use these you could get pinched!

RE BULBS,
4300 kelvin are optimum 5000 kelvin (which I fitted to my E320)are whiter but not brighter to the eye, also the bluer (higher k)the bulb the more light it reflects so not so good with road spray etc. That's why the sky looks blue and fog lights used to be yellow;)
And just in case it's not already been mentioned, if you change your wheel size you should inform your ins comp:(
