The W211 has a window/roof > open/close > dash button as part of the climate control system.

For non IR remote operated vehicles via the vehicle key, is there a live/earth that can be supplied to this system for total opening/closure of the windows/roof that is triggered by the door central locking opening/closing circuit.

I need a remote pulse +/- or -/+ as I have built a timed thermal relay circuit for 4 x window lift
but would prefer to use the system already installed in the w211 for climate control.

So in brief, a total window roof remote open close for non IR systems (door handle sensors)

Welcome to the forum Johnny.
I can see you being inundated with electrical questions, especially the way 211,s 219,s and 230's in particular always seem to have battery drains.
The SBC pump rebuilds will interest a few of us that have it. Is it a standard charge for a refurb?

Glad to be here. As for the sbc pumps there is no fix price but as an ideea is around half the price the main dealer price for a "new" unit and i put the commas because i know bosch is not producing these sbc units anymore they only rebuild the existing ones.

Battery drsin could be from multiple cases. What car are we talking about?

Regards

Re the SBC pump, that is good to know.
In my case, battery drain from a 2004 E55K. Replaced door control module but still have a slow drain. Newish batteries but get the convenience function message after 4 days of non use. Done a drain test on all fuses and they total under 50ma.
I hear seat control modules and Comand are possible drains?

We can add front sam module and gateway module to the drain. Could be can bus problem aswell. A full scan can.most of the time help in finding the problem.

50ma cant really figure what could be. Is quite small...

Welcome Johnny ....You will probably find a full time job on here glad to have here
That will be hard Tony as i already have a full time job as an auto electrician. I am doing this in my last 12 years now and i just have another job as a new father wich beleive me is using allot of my energy but don't get me wrong i like it allot :)

I reach here by mistake and i told myself lets try and see maybe people need my services. Not as i am not busy but i want to get and repair more what i like. And i like mercedes allot. To repair and to use aswell.

Too bad there is no thread where i can give more info on what i do so people can fiind me easier.

I did send a message to admin that i will do some discount for forum members. We'll see what he will answer :)

Best regards
