Bumper removal

Hi all new to the site, just thought I'd pop my head above the parapet and ask for some help.
I know this is an old post, but I'm also having problems with parktronik, I've decided to take off the bumper to check all the wiring, but thought better of it until I find the correct instructions for the bumper removal as I don't want to damage anything.
