Because the only way to get a flywheel figure is to remove the engine and have an engine dyno test, or has been done at MSL do the wheels and then convert using 1.18 to get as close to a flywheel figure as is reasonably possible. Why is the graph power at the wheels when most quote flywheel ?
As is 295 & 526 flywheel .
Suggest you don't believe the computer readout for mileage. Do a fill to fill calculation for real figures. Remaps are known for skewing mpg figures.
You have to contact them. Can't seem to find a list of vehicles and expected remap Stage 1 results on MSL .
What's different?That's different , anyone had a OM651 250 CDI done ?
When I spoke to them they advised what they could take the engine to based on my requirements i.e. did i want an increase in power but also better MPG.Not quoting remap figures .
Absolutely it has!
The pre map output was around 261hp.
Obviously the power increase is evident, gearbox changes are smoother, slight increase in mpg,I was getting 35 ish around town, now showing 40 ish.
Makes the whole car more drivable.
