Have you started selling the BTL's yet? I have.
Tried to PM you but the only thing is 'Conversation' but it wouldn't let me send one. Is there such a mechanism on the forum, or what am I doing wrong?

Smart + others :)
Under the Transport Act 2000, local authorities may impose a charge on employers for providing workplace parking. If this happens, the employees for whom the spaces are provided will not incur a resulting tax charge.
So the employer gets hammered again, just like the employee pension scheme. The employer could pass the cost onto the employee or ban all employee on site parking.

The latter is the aim, they want everyone working from home to meet the green agenda, "stay home and save lives..." had a larger meaning, will continue until the Country is completely bankrupt..

What crime has been commited?
Nurses, health workers pay to park at work, earn, at times less than 30k.
Mp parks free at Westminster and earn 86 k a Yr basic!!! . That's f criminal to me. I am alright Jack f you springs to mind, a modern day guy fawkes is required
The only route I wud accept to becoming an mp is, ordinary upbringing a ten Yr min ordinary, regular working career and a clean record. Ie those who KNOW what living in the real world involves no silver spoon Eaton characters put in by family money . A clear public vote, not gov of day puts those in commons with 15ys service up for house of Lords .
And at no time will public servants be able to retire before those that pay for it!!!! , any pay rises will be fixed to national average not incl London. Incl mp, s..
As is the public are simply getting mugged at every turn. Enough. Already .

I would suggest that might just get you a fast track to prison, the system is somewhat skewed.
Unfortunately probably true, but would be most satisfying, and everyone knows someone, who knows someone who would do it for a few quid. Shame.

Quite.

It was a Section 8 (non payment of rent - 2 months delay straight away). I don't recall how many further months (it was 10 years ago) but exactly as you say.
From first non-payment of rent, up to eviction was roughly the thick end of 6 months (and all my paper work was correct first time!).

On the hearing day, the tenant's didn't turn up at the correct time so my case was delayed from the morning to after lunch whilst they could get free advice from the ****** do-gooder at the court. They had no legal defence whatsoever. Meanwhile, I had to pay my solicitor for these extra couple of hours in addition to what I expected to pay due to their delay. Cost added to the judgement, so that's OK then. Don't make me laugh.
The final cherry on the cake was when the Judge asked why I wasn't ready before lunch!!!! Good job my solicitor intervened before I reacted in an unadvisory manner to the Judge.

Having seen the inside of our civil courts on a number of occasions I would relish the chaos being televised.

My most memorable moment was a senior Judge going to sleep and having to be let's say prompted to wake up by a QC (mine) and a clerk it cost me a significant sum and the Court Of Appeal said the judge is allowed a considerable amount of latitude in how he "hears a case" and "what evidence he chooses to consider and how"

The evidence he was handed directly by the QC was unread and it directly upended his judgment..

It was such an egregious finding the entire team took the appeal on free of charge and the other side refused to take full payment of costs.

I would love to name names................

I thought that experience could not be topped but then went to a NY arraignment session and thought they were filming a comedy.

Court Staff were on Facebook, you could see their screens and the young judge I presume was going out for a run after school/court.

One man at great length told the Judge that he did not know he was missing a wheel during a Police Chase as he had his favourite music up high and didn't want to get stopped until it finished.

Another said just lock me up its cold.............

The best was a man whose ex was sitting beside us filling in the gaps as he pleaded his case.

Let's say she was getting her own back in spades.

That doesn’t sound like civil court.
