not saying any of this will help but a few ideas...

depending on your location your home TV will likely support PAL & NTSC, I believe all Merc RFKs are NTSC and the comand only supports a NTSC video signal (USA rubbish)

on LostKiwi's post I believe he's suggesting on some units, you may need to toggle to an Aux video input to get the comand screen to display a signal coming in to the unit.... on a given unit a TV button may or may not do anything

Yes my TV Like always some tv support ntsc and pal...but i have order a caméra « pal », maybe is the problem ???
The on my things i have usb the « vidéo bouton »

should I try with a camera ntsc...

Your navigation version is printed on the navigation DVD in the drive. Pop it out and read it.

The camera needs to output NTSC.

There isnt a firmware update available that will give you any improved functionality.
There isnt any way of changing the existing firmware to give you auto switching of video input when engaging reverse.

Video aux is only available on cars that have factory TV tuner fitted. In these cars a camera can be easily plugged into the Aux and selected via the VIDEO button on the comand. Works upto 4/5mph only.

Thank you very much for your answer. My DVD navigation is a copy so there is nothing marked on it I wanted to know if a reentry in the hidden menu we could drink the version I guess it's the screenshot that I put on the forum . And I wanted to know also if there was a possible update. But you just told me that even if there was an update it does not improve anything.
so for me you certify me that I could not have the camera back, even if I test with a camera ntsc? for now I have a PAL ... knowing that I do not have a TV tuner ..
