I am starting to think Trump will just walk away from this; disaster follows foul up, follows catastrophe. He'll walk and blame it on the media using @twitter @realDonaldTrump

There's no ambiguity to this Obama did or he didn't.
It may well turn out to be Obama let someone else sign off which I suppose eats my words but still we will see.

The intimation from Obama's team that he didn't tap any US citizen won't wash, are they all squeaky clean now ?

Can't imagine this going on for 4 years. He's used to shouting at his employees to get his own way. This doesn't work so well if you're trying to run a country.
