So you have delivery pressure.

Have you measured the pressure at the fuel rail after the HPP (you can usually do this with live data from a scanner)

I got about 55 bar

I got about 55 bar
Id say either the HPP is goosed (did you fit a new one?) or there is an instalation error with it. If your delivery pressure is correct, your HPP should covert it to high pressure almost instantly.

Ive tried 4 different high pressure fuel pumps now

Could it be that it is too much pressure from the pre pump

Where are you getting the pumps from and are you fitting the correct one?
I bought a spare parts car and I tried that one, than I tried one from my dads car with the sand motor and it diddnt Work then I bought one from eBay and still nothing

Wud seem unlikely that all ur pumps are faulty. It's difficult to see how u cud screw up the pump install on common rail. It wud seem ur press feed to hpp is suspect or the fuel is rtning to tank, or never arriving at hpp in enough volume for it to convert fuel to req h press.
