I fully cleaned the inside and out of my W220 S Class.

Machine polished the door tops and bonnet, special attention paid to the N/S/R door as it used to have a pretty deep scratch but now it's pretty much un-noticeable, hand polished the rest of the bodywork and cleaned the wheels.

Removed and cleaned all the trays and re-secured a few parts of the interior trim that had come away slightly.

Still more to do... lots more!!!

When I took mine for it's last journey with me I felt like I'd betrayed it's loyalty and service. I left with the feeling that I'd passed on an excellent car to a new owner but still felt badly about it.

Yes a strange feeling now the garage is bare,,,I wonder about all kind of things like its never been in a public car park, only cleaned and polished with the best of everything, yes I am still sad about it all. I try and tell myself that it is time to move on with possibly my last major fling with a over 5 m long monster

I had fitted Blistein b12 suspension kit, all rfe fluid taken our my 7g and changed with nice new fluid, booked it into a local coach builder for rust removal and dented wings and then I drove it like I stole it

Today I have been mostly getting rid on an annoying sqweel by spraying the back of several fanbelt pulleys with clutch and brake cleaneriser to rid it of gritty bits. It worked too, touch wood.
