Hi all new here just wondering if anyone else has seen this. Randomly popped up a message today of "your vehicle has detected a collision" even though it's been parked on my drive no ones been near it, I've checked and there isn't any damage to where it says it is.. Any way I can delete this? Thanks. I've uploaded a pic.
