AC problem!

I have really strange problem when I turn ON the HVAC works fine then after five minutes blower starts working on one speed and I can't turn it off I'm switching off the ignition key and still working then stops after 20 minutes. The resistor of the blower is changed. I also plugged to star diagnosis and the code was 9101 Communication fault of Ac bus
