if I could get over the running costs I would get one. Lovely example.

It's like you are running a garage service buddy . Must admit I'm thinking of banking some ECP sale service stuff for the CLK as well , before the deal runs outJust bought all filters and engine oil service packs to do both my 215 and a friend’s 219. £245 all in.
Driveway mechanicking only I’m afraid! I was thinking that but ECP always has a sale running...It's like you are running a garage service buddy . Must admit I'm thinking of banking some ECP sale service stuff for the CLK as well , before the deal runs out
Something looks a bit suspect with that near pad.....I fixed this, but can you detect what was wrong..........Only highly skilled Mercedes-Benz trained technicians need reply

Not wrong there - must have been done at a Mercedes Dealership!
Nearly, but I wont advertise my services
And on closer inspection isn't the Wear Sensor supposed to go on said Pad as I though the Sensor was supposed to go on the opposite side of the Connector.
I bet that is fun to drive on those road!!!Just come over the Kirkstone Pass heading down the aptly named “The Struggle” into Ambleside - (the “old girl” is just about visible in the passenger seat ‘

Yes and no. It was nice to have the power on the steeper sections but would have been better without a passenger . No because I’m still not sure about the width of the car so narrow sections and blind bends have me worrying about kerbing an alloy or catching some bodywork on a sticky-out piece of dry stone walling.I bet that is fun to drive on those road!!!
My Smart convertibubble was great in the Lakes, great view and narrow enough to be able to make good progressYes and no. One of the best bits was exercising the twin turbos on the fast sections of A66 round Keswick. Mrs L is feeling a bit off-colour today so didn’t fancy another walk this afternoon which meant I got to spend a very pleasant couple of hours driving on a lovely mix of roads while she enjoyed the scenery.
