Nice.
It also reduced your hydrocephalus as well.
Not me, but the detailer that came out. I did have a little laugh when I saw the picture. Unfortunately the bulbous arches don't make the most flattering mirror.

Quick before and after.
It was £260. The bumpers and skirt didn't need any correction as they were only painted about 6 weeks ago so he said it was a bit cheaper than it would normally be for a large car.
He arrived at 9 and left at about half 6, the entire day he was on the go. Unbelievable work.
If anyone has an older car then this has to be the most cost effective way of getting it looking amazing again. Especially if it is of a darker metallic colour.
Tidied up the boot of the SLK with these :

On the left, various bottles (glass cleaner, QD etc.) and MF cloths, on the right wheel bolt sockets, locking wheel nut pack etc., instead of all laying loose. 2 velcro strips on back and bottom of each bag holds them securely, and the seperator closes over them so I can still lower the roof. Well pleased - and stops herself bitching about the mess in the boot!

You might if you're careful be able to get them into the plastic slot area below the boot separator - I keep a couple of jackets in that area on mineTidied up the boot of the SLK with these :

That’s a good price!B service complete yesterday, only thing they noted was slight corrosion in the rear brake lines, cleaned off and coated in grease. Cost of service including a full set of wiper blades (I’ve not changed them in two years) £285
From my limited(but learning) knowledge of Mercedes service pricing it certainly is a good price.B service complete yesterday

Came out the house this morning , spotted a flat tyre on the E class . It’s never good having a puncture , but having one on the drive is the best option .
Took it off with the plan to get a quick puncture repair , but the inside edge looked oddly worn , but not the whole way round the tyre. I’m wondering if it’s some internal damage even though I didn’t drive on the puncture .
I’m off to North Wales tomorrow so didn't fancy paying tyre shop prices for a new set of rears . I’ll order some via Tyreleader or Camskill next week .
Fortunately I had a set of winter tyres and wheels in the garage all cleaned and ready for November. These are now back on the car .
