I'd like to see the modern crop of Chelsea tractors tackle that...

Have driven on similar roads, the current crop Chelsea tractors would be pretty useless, fancy electronics are also very bad news.

My Land Rover specialist steam cleaned the inside of mine before starting the repairs... couple of people going past said there's no way on earth you could do that with any new ones and expect it to work afterwards...

If you place a bin liner or other rubbish collecting item in the LR the servicing people wouldn't have to clear out your messy vehicle before working on it BC :p

No rubbish in it at all !

The door seals have never been the best and perhaps wading above door handle height has lead to a little dirt on the floor mats (and headlining...)

We used to use the smaller cousin in the Rhodesian Army, we used to call if the "2-5", but it is in fact a Unimog. Had an unbelievable lean angle - you'd usually want to jump off long before it would go over!
And yes, that is a Recoilless Rifle..... :D

Did a few miles in the Ferret on recce in Germany. back to front steering & pre select box. Freezing in the winter, we didn't have turrets on ours.
