How do you feel about this fire breathing “monster” @SmartAmg ?

“Brabus 850” according to the badge… they need to update the DVLA…

If it is a Brabus 850, then great! (do they do one?) Otherwise nah, don't agree with badging a car for example a 6.3 Twin Turbo if it's a 220d (as I've already said)(unless it's a 6.3 Twin Turbo on a Micra for example, then that's funny ) BUT
putting a simple AMG badge on a Mercedes I've not got a problem with that.

The difference in my mind anyway is, Mercedes do AMG line cars, so putting an AMG badge on isn't a problem for me, (they've got mats and wheels with AMG on anyway) as do BMW put M badges on there M sport cars, again not a problem, but putting a bigger engine badge on a car, now that's a no from me.

Actually guys , in the late 60's early 70's I had a Jeff Uren Savage Cortina !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A friend of mine had one of those too, it was based on the 1600E. I remember we were all quite envious of him

No he is loaded, can afford to be normal and laugh at himself and the AMG is the cheapest of several high-end cars he owns.

2 ends of the spectrum:

1) Those that really have it (mock the badge).
2) Those that wish they had it (fake the badge).
