2004 it 'll be fine rust wise, galvanised innit.

The engines aren't the best, a 220cdi or 270cdi is more frugal and more reliable

Post facelift, yes; pre-facelift maybe! I understand galvanising was introduced in 2004 for the 203. Check / listen for cam-chain noises in these engines.
