You really need to get the car plugged into STAR ideally, or at least some capable MB-specific scanner, like iCarsoft MB V2.0, otherwise you'll end up spending money on unnecessary replacements ...

I've an A200 C169 2006 by the way :) ... with a few mods ...

Hi Matt.
It happens in the morning it cranks the engine nicely but it doesnt start in the beginning it happened mostly in the mornings but now it happens often when the car is parked for more than an hour two, but when it starts up its runs lovely no jerking or cutting out or anything like that, the mechanic replaced all of the above it ran very well for a couple of days but now the same story again, i have been told that it could possibly be the non return valve, i am really discouraged at this stage because not only has it cost a pretty penny but it is still not fixed. So yes it cranks up without issues and when it eventually starts runs like a dream

Thanks.
Seems like a fuel pressure issue. Try one thing for me.
Next time you want to start the engine, turn the ignition ON for 20seconds. Turn the ignition OFF.
Then again turn the ignition ON for 20 seconds. Turn the ignition OFF.
Then turn the ignition ON and continue turning the key to fire the engine up.
Please report back.

Morning, did as you say and it did crank only but i must say it started easier this time around do you also think it could be non return valve, because it has a brand new pump and fuel relay and regulator and a new crank sensor

First a fuel pressure test would be advisable. There should be a test point on the fuel pressure rail.
