How much for a replacement alloy?

I had a wheel replaced at MB on my W213. When I asked for the old wheel it had already mysteriously been thrown out.
Some ****er now has a nice 20” wheel of mine

Unless they quoted you an exchange price I would have kicked up a real fuss and got recompense for that!

At £900 for ONE wheel it is no wonder they keep the old ones, I bet all the second hand ones on E-Bay are refurbed coming from MB

I would not have accepted them throwing away my property. Unless it was part of any agreed deal you had with them..

I didn’t. I had contact with various people at the MB dealer. And MB UK.
They all basically said tough ****. I did think about taking them to court but had far more important other issues that I was dealing with.
