Hi @paw777 , I have the foam on my R231, but it is a little higher up in the surrounding rubber (I.E. not so visible). The lubrication is fantastic for reducing rattles :)

I have found the rattle on my R231.. fixed by stuffing tissue between the hinge as shown in the pic... with MB to replace with something more sophisticated.
