interior dome connector

Hi, This is for a w211 I was trying to take off the rear interior dome but pulled too hard and the thin copper strip ripped. Is there a way i can get this fixed? the connector snapped too, Can I buy this? another question, how can i remove the plastic laminate and get the copper wires...
