safety levels below min

Hi all New to all this... Just about to set off on 250 mile journey with kids and saw CHF level is over an inch below minimum. do I need to find some to top it up before I drive or is it safe? Bank holiday Monday and garages aren't open! Any help would be hugely appreciated! Thanks
