satnav problem

New Owner Trying to update satnav..
Hi guys recently bought a Mercedes A class A180 attached below. It currently running a Becker pilot nav, with outdated maps (2012) even thought the car is a 2014 lol. Can anyone show me or assist me with updating it or purchasing a new module for it? Mercedes basically tel me to Google it...- Mikeyykemppy

GPS Antenna in W211 Estate
I am a returning member after some years... I have a 2005 W211 E320 estate and several problems are popping up after some 7 years of ownership. The SatNav has recently ceased to work - it does not seem to know where the car is at all. I took it to MB in Oxford who charged me £165 to tell the GPS...- TMMGreen
