scuttle windscreen water drain

At least one of the four scuttle drains on my W203 are blocked and despite trying to shove some electrical wire down the pipe to clean them (it worked fine on the wife's Volvo), it just isn't working with my W203. I tried a compressed air can which did nothing although I didn't seal the end...
