stereo bluetooth audio phone

Hi Guys, I bought 2 Sprinter 2017 UK Ex-Tesco's and I have this issue on both of them. Even the stereo multimedia has a phone button, when pressing it, there is no such option as connecting a phone. I've tried to reset it to factory settings but is still the same. Any ideas guys? Many thanks!

Hi. I have just brought a 2009 CLK 280 convertible. It has a Mercedes Bluetooth unit fitted and have connected my phone through it so calls now come through the speakers. How can I connect my phone so it also plays audio (Spotify) through the speakers? The stereo is a command APS (with satnav)...
