    cheap torque wrench?

    after over tightening a bolt and snapping it i think i should buy a toque wrench. there are some for around £30-50 . which toqrue setting is most common as the cheaper ones do about 20-80lbs. is this enough range for most jobs do you think. they are usual 3/8in size
