Tailgate not locking
I have just fitted a new tailgate lock to my 2004 w211 estate. The old lock wouldn't latch over when the tailgate was closed ( A common fault apparently) The new lock is working apart from when the car is locked via the fob the tailgate can still be opened by the external 'handle'.
