280 or 300 that is the question???

Having just brought a ML on Christmas Eve I have come slightly confused.

I know the dealer hasn't conned me - before I had it de-badged it said ML300CDI on the back - however the DVLA have it as a ML280.

There is no real difference between the one in the show room and mine - just curious if this has happened to anyone else?

It's an ex-demo model - July 2009 - personally I think I got a bargain.

There is absoloutley no difference between the two, both have the same power.
Not sure if it will affect insurance etc.
