Auxiliary Battery Malfunction

Morning all, Mr Stupid here again.
My C220 Bluetec started displaying the above message yesterday. According to reports I’ve read online, when the aux battery fails you lose GPS, radio, parking sensors, safety info etc.
I’ve got all those still and nothing else seems amiss but I’m blowed if I can find my Aux battery. Can anyone enlighten me please?
