ABS doesn't affect brake bleeding - since its valves will be fully open during the bleeding. If you have ASR, it too has a bleed point. If you have disturbed it, you'll need to remove its cover, then bleed the hydraulic unit while the engine is running. Once air no longer comes out of it, close the bleed valve and allow the engine to run until the its pump stops running (around 30 secs).
