buying w210 Kompressor question

hi all

I'am looking at buying a w210 Kompressor ( 2001 +) now while i know how to check non turbo and turbo versions i know absolutely about superchargers.

so my question is how can i check that the supercharger is ok ?

These M111 supercharged engines prove very durable, with compressor faults almost unknown.
As long as it performs correctly and sounds OK I am sure the charger is fine.

The biggest problem with these cars now is corrosion, or years of general neglect - if it is corrosion free with a full and documented service history you may be onto a winner.
Rust on every panel and no documented (my mate changed the oil last year...) history for the last 50,000 miles, and you walk away.
