Car not starting

Hi I own a c180 w202 1997 model which has been parked for some time due to drums and shoes I fixed that . I started the car then took it for a spin parked for a few hours , then tried to start it again it just wont start the plugs a brand new I've got a spark , the pump is pumping fuel but it just wont start then I notice a green light flashing when I put the key on I'm puzzled

Where is the green light flashing? in the dash or the fob .
