CLS218 wheels on an SL R230 - possibly the wrong offset

Morning all,
I bought my SL back in July. A recent trip to the local indy highlighted the wheels are from a CLS and seem to be the wrong offset. I found this pic from ebay and they look the same as mine. The offset on these wheels is:
Front A2184011602 8.5J x 19 ET 34.5
Rear A2184011702 9.5J x 19 ET 48





According to : https://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/information/fitting_chart/mercedes-benz a SL350 with 19s should have an offset in this range:

19-34 for 8.5 width
19 or 25 with a 9.5 width.

Questions:

1) Does Mercedes make the same wheel in different offset and sizes? Or to ask the question another way: Just because the photo looks like my wheels, could they still have a different offset, meaning that my wheels might be a different offset to the ones in the pic above?

2) Assuming my wheels have the same offset as the ones in the photo/ebay ad - what the implications of having :
2.1) Front wheels +0.5 on the offset.
2.2) Rear wheels having + 29 on the offeset
