It appears our beloved cars (perhaps to the surprise of some!) are doing very well actually:

Also take into account the fact that in Germany of course there are FAR more German cars than in the UK or most other country for that matter, so it is in fact extra awesome. I do not know whether they correlate this for relative numbers of cars sold.
