Getting cement off paintwork(not a joke)

Still havent sold the flaming thing, so I had a go with a credit card, perfect, took me about 20mins and no damage to the paint.

remoing cement

my wifes astra was covered in this due to stupid builder washing his concrete mixing board off with a hose ,my cure was to use local garage jet wash this way you are not damaging other areas as you would if you tried to use other methods ie/ spatula /sandpaper.but i didn,t have dried on cement ,you can,t see any marks on her car now.
