Aha! I thought I'd leave that for others to work out....
To give you a clue, my legs are quite long and an adjustable steering wheel does add to my comfort.

I have an uncle in Bethlehem and my step mum's family lived on the end of Pahoia point. At one time our family apparently owned the mount itself so I've been told!

Small world!
There's a lot of work going on fixing slips etc on the Mount, so best you deny all knowledge else someone will send you a big bill.
We've been here for 15 years and wouldn't live anywhere else.

I think we sold it to the miltary (when there was one) back at the turn of the century or late 1800s. Send the bill to them

Personally I'm an Auckland boy an 00SLK is also from up that way (Pukekohe area) but I've lived in the UK 30 years or so now... Found my way over here but never managed to find my way back

Hi and welcome , my wife and I visited there a few years ago . Lovely spot . My Dad was also housed near there for a while after being saved from a Japanese POW camp at the end of WW11 , he was a child then and got returned to the uk later on HMS Belfast I believe .

Nearly right LostKiwi, though a South Auckland Lad born in Papatoetoe and lived in Otahuhu, Onehunga and Blockhouse Bay before up sticks to the UK I haven't been here as long as you though, me about 20years....................
My long time friend Greg Woodhams (55years infact) parents live at the Mount.
