Hi all, joined a while ago, been reading and learning. Had my first test drive of a 2009 c220cdi sport estate. Black/black leather/21000 miles/2 owners, yesterday.
It was a good experience but I'm disappointed with 30mpg urban and £215 road fund. It was priced at £18990 on a dealers forcourt and negotiated £2k for my Beemer (2002 318ise auto) and would pay £16400. I'm thinking of walking away, would a blue efficiency version give the the 40+ mpg urban and sensible road tax I'm looking for. I have a budget of aroud £20k + the Beemer (£2kish).
I would prefer a saloon and fancy black with cream leather/ 17" alloys. Any suggestions welcome, as I fancy a change from BMW.
