Can anyone tell me how to get hold of an injection pump for my Merc, have been to Mercedes but they want an and a leg to replace it. HELP I need a cheaper option.

Go to a Bosch agent they have everthing, also an exchange scheme.try Yellow pages or car parts like Part Co

It might be worth looking up your local diesel injector specialists in the yellow pages (as television suggests). As these guys work day in day out with the very items were talking about they should make a good starting point.

A lot of diesel components are shared and used for al sorts of applications, you might get a pleasant surprise and find that they offer recon units or even better may be prepared to repair your unit.

Hi

Just a word of warning I assume you are talking about the high pressure CDI pump if so make sure you get it from a reliable source . If this pump fails it can cost several thousand pounds to correct the problem so to save 3-4 hundred quid on a dodgy pump may not be a good idea
