Location of block drain plug on '84 300SD (126)?

To install a BLOCK HEATER KIT on my '84 300SD (126 diesel, 5-cyl., 3.0 liter), the directions say that I need to drain the cooling system, and then remove the "proper water plug" (using a 19mm allenhead wrench). What is the LOCATION, please, of the "proper water plug" that I need to remove so that I can install the heater plug?
