M113? spark plug cap..

Was speaking to club member at Saturdays show ( Paul I think ) about a tool for pulling the cap off of the spark plugs.. also mentioned converting a 17mm spanner ... saw a picture on website but ( senior moment time ) forgot the address ( DOH )... Also made reference to a online parts site with some diagrams and part numbers... anybody help with his club name?
