I don't know any indenpendent Merc Specialist in Manchester area, , but I have a very good friend who run a garage (Not particular in Merc) in the city centre of Manchester, in fact, both of my Merc are service and repair by him.... and he also do many other Merc in the area as well.... may be you could have a try....
