Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the 30 year 24hr service/roadside assistance offered by Mercedes Benz is any good? Is this service equivalent to what the RAC or AA offer, or is it a simplified version? I.e. do they offer a replacement car if you break down and they can't fix it? Do they take you home?
The reason I ask is because I'm about to buy some road side cover from Norwich Union, but before I do, I just wanted to check that I'm not wasting my money, as MB offer are offering the same thing for free.
