hello
new boy owen calling :). i have a c180 2005 kompressor. very nice silver with black and silver faux leather. and when i brake i get this awful grinding sound from the rear....bugger!!!:mad:

Sounds like the rear pads have worn out, have a look at both rear disks and compare how they look, as try to get your finger behind the disk and feel if its really rough to the touch?

there seem to be a lot of pad left on the outside pads so i will have to take the wheel off. the calipers are also so rusty on the offside front and rear.
