One wet and windy evening back in April .I was driving home and suddenly I thought my sunroof had opened and the car behind me was flashing his lights and tooting his horn. On my return home. The front glass panel of the sunroof had blown off.There was no evidence of any bonding or adhesive. My car has now been at Mercedes of Canterbury since 20-4-2023 waiting for them to resolve the issue.I’ve been in touch with MB customer service at Milton Keynes, who have been chasing Mercedes of Canterbury for a resolve. But there has been no response,the don’t answer your calls or emails . At my wits end to now what to do next.
