I’ve been a member of the forum for about a year but I’ve now joined the Mercedes-Benz club. They say that members have discounts on parts and I’m wondering if this extends to classic parts for my car which is a W123 280E.

Would I post on the wanted forum here or go to a particular section of the club website? Thanks.

You would go to dealer parts desk and show them your membership card. Being a member of the forum is one thing, being a club member is another by paying your membership fee and receiving said card.

Thanks. I got a magazine and letter through the post. I don’t remember a card. I have a membership number. When you say “go to dealer’s parts desk, you mean any MB dealership?

The Mercedes-Benz club or this club Mercedes Benz owners club ? 2 totally different clubs one a lot better that the other
Lol this one was certainly much easier to register with. And this one didn’t reject my membership because I didn’t complete one of the fields properly.

Mercedes Grangemouth do forum discount, mention you’re a member here and they’ll apply. Not sure how many 123 parts they’ll be able to get as Mercedes are not as good as they used to be in keeping parts available :(

+1 for Grangemouth I have had many parts from them and they have always given a very good discount if you mention the forum
