Possessed drivers seat

Cant find anything with a quick search, my drivers seat seems to self adjust! Drive over a pothole and it reclines itself, it's getting tedious now. Anyone with any quick fix remedies? Established there are no scrappies in the area.
They are cloth manual seats.
