power steering fluid

i need to top up my power steering fluid in my 1997 c200,the book says it must be mb fluid only....i have some mb 722.6 auto gearbox fluid and was wondering if this would do the job as power steering/auto fluid is usually the same in most cars(it just seems pointless to buy a whole 1 ltr bottle as i only need a small amount)...thanks in advance

Blobcat I put up 2 equivalents for barrys post a couple of weeks back, they are official recommended by MB fluids for the power steering, and barrys is a 202.
