Scratched front bumper (1999 C200 Sports)

Hi, somebody has scratched my front bumper on the corner. The scratches are a few mm deep cutting through the silver paint, to the white plastic below.

Is there a guide for repair of such? Or any tips?

Or shall I use one of the plastic repair guys?

You could keep filling the scratch with paint and build it up with many coats, but it is the wrong time of the year as far too cold, and the paint will never dry.
